Delivery and Returns

Your Pack Shipment

From 07/09/16 shipping will be FREE on all items over £75 (inc. VAT) on the Craigmore Online website to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Ireland and delivered on a 2 - 3 day economy delivery with either Royal Mail or courier.

Orders under £75 (inc. VAT) are subject to a delivery charge of £5.99 (inc. VAT).

For orders being delivered to the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or the Scottish Highlands, there will be a surcharge of £10+vat for orders under 30kg and £75+vat for orders overs 31kg, this is unfortunately out of our control and down to the couriers who add these surcharges to deliver to these remote areas. It is advised that you allow extra delivery time to these areas.

Shipping to Jersey & Guernsey will incur a shipping surcharge of £41.66+vat for orders under 30kg and £83.33+vat for orders over 30kg.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and is dependant on the time of day, and the day of the week that you place your order.

We aim for you to receive your goods within 3 working days after dispatch of your order (Mainland UK, Northern Ireland & Ireland).

Free shipping & deliveries involving a surcharge includes handling and packing as well as postage/shipping costs.

Next working day delivery is available for an extra charge of £14.16 +vat (£16.99) (not available for IOM, IOW, Scottish Highlands, Jersey & Guernsey).

For orders placed on same day dispatch, your order will need to be logged and paid for before 1pm. Any orders taken after this time will be dispatched the next working day, this includes next day shipping. 

Please be aware that all orders (including standard and next working day delivery methods) which are placed on Friday after 1pm, will not be shipped until the next working day (Monday).  

Weekend deliveries can be arranged at an extra charge, if you require this please contact us before placing your order.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland  or Ireland, or require your products shipped outside of these areas, please contact us for shipping prices.


Returns Policy

Please read the returns policy in it's entirety before contacting us to return any of your purchases. This will allow us to deal with your return quickly and efficiently. 

Goods must be unused and in their re-saleable original boxes for a full price and delivery charge refund.


Item Refunds

Refunds for items returned will be credited to your credit/debit card within 30 days of cancellation.

Quote your invoice number as we reserve the right to refuse to accept any returned goods without prior authorisation. Please ensure the goods are returned in a good condition and wherever possible in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice enclosed.


Items Not Required

We endeavour to provide as much information within our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase.

Should you require to return any product, you may do so as long as you contact us up to 7 working days starting the day after you receive your delivery.


Return Postage Costs

Craigmore will not cover return postage costs. 

Items should be returned to us by Recorded Delivery or equivalent service. 

We advise that you obtain a proof of posting certificate available free at any post office.


Incorrectly Supplied Items

If you receive damaged or defective goods from us we will offer you a prompt replacement, refund or alternative item to the same value. Please contact us within 7 days, quoting your original order number, and we will arrange for the uplift and delivery of goods.


Defective/Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged or defective goods from us please contact us within 7 days quoting your original order number, and we will arrange for the uplift and inspection of goods. Should we, upon receipt of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods. Craigmore will cover re-postage costs for defective or damaged goods.

It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.

We advise you return goods using special/recorded delivery or equivalent service. You can obtain a proof of posting certificate free at any post office.

Craigmore will not be held responsible for any damaged or uninsured items lost in transit.
