Does what it claims. Easy to use, just like a regular vacuum cleaner but with some additional grunt!

It works, robust and is making a big difference to the floors. Stone floor with 3 dogs. The scrub facility on machine is good for ingrained dirt on floors. Superb.

Very heavy Does the job but on Matt tiles with stubborn stains not so good

We are replacing old ine - they are good for small areas with tight space

Only used once so far but seems robust and easy to use. It’s heavy because of the water tank. But has good wheels. Gets up a lot of dirt.

Good 'mid range ' product. Not domestic grade and not the mega industrial grade (price) Suited our heavy use.

Bought from Craigmore at almost half the price of their competitor. This machine is simple to set up and use. I’m using it on a stone carpet and the only fault I can find is that is exposes imperfections in the floor by cleaning it properly, not a bad complaint I would say.
